No appointment is needed for a new or urgent concern. Family-practice patients should book routine issues so we can keep the walk-in line moving.
Most services are covered by OHIP with a valid Ontario Health Card. For anything not covered, we provide a detailed invoice.
The walk-in clinic closes by 6:00 PM on weekdays and 2:00 PM on Saturday, even though the rest of the clinic stays open later.
Physiotherapy uses exercise, manual therapy, and education to aid recovery from injury, illness, or disability. It helps manage pain, prevent future injuries, and treat conditions of the bones, joints, soft tissues, nervous system, heart, and lungs.
No. It also helps with post-surgery recovery, chronic pain, mobility issues, and workplace injuries.
An assessment, customized exercises, and treatments such as manual therapy or therapeutic devices.
Not by OHIP. It is typically covered by extended health plans. We offer direct billing to most private insurers, plus value packages if you are paying out of pocket.
Chiropody diagnoses and treats conditions of the feet, ankles, and lower limbs — bunions, corns, calluses, ingrown toenails, foot pain — plus preventative care.

Not by OHIP, but usually by extended health. Payment is due at the appointment; we provide a detailed receipt for your claim.
A custom three-dimensional insert that replaces factory insoles. It decreases high-pressure areas and re-aligns the foot while you stand or walk on it. It does not permanently change your anatomy.
They can help mild issues but are not tailored to your foot. Custom devices are generally more effective for persistent or severe conditions. OTC inserts are not covered by insurance.
Typically every 1–2 years, depending on materials, wear, and changes in your foot.
Yes. Children with flat feet or unusual gait can benefit. Early intervention from about age five can prevent later problems.
Most plans cover custom orthotics. A chiropodist can prescribe and dispense them; most insurers do not require a physician’s note in that case. Ask our front desk if you are unsure.
They improve blood flow, reduce swelling, and help prevent varicose veins or deep-vein thrombosis. We measure your legs and recommend the right size and compression.

Deep tissue, sports, trigger point, hot stone, cupping, Swedish, myofascial, prenatal, and post-partum.
Arrive a few minutes early, wear comfortable clothing, share areas of concern, and hydrate. You undress to your comfort and are always draped.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged $50.
