Massage Therapy

Liliana Kaczmarczyk, RMT,is a Registered Massage Therapist passionate about fitness and exercise. She is a graduate of Everest College. Liliana specializes in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue and Trigger point techniques as well as lymphatic and Hot Stone Massage.

Liliana’s experience is derived from a sports rehabilitation environment and she is determined to help our patients recover from injuries. Being fluent in another language should be convenient for the Polish speaking clientele of Mississauga Wellness.

Rajdeep Jhutty, RMT, graduated from Everest College in Mississauga and is an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). She has done extra training and is certified to perform Hot Stone Massage. Besides English, Rajdeep is also fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.

Rajdeep has gained experience treating a wide variety of clients with diverse needs and conditions, ranging from relaxation to deep tissue, prenatal to geriatric and sport related injuries. She uses several techniques ranging from general Swedish Massage, Myofascial Trigger points, Fascial work, Hot Stone and many other techniques to help her clients cope with aches and pains.

Sandra Shepherd is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and has been practicing for seven years.

Sandra specializes in Swedish massage and performs lymphatic drainage along with deep tissue and relaxation massage. She is also adept at joint mobilizations and fascial techniques.
