Ada Chiu D.Ch. is a dedicated Chiropodist with experience in treating and preventing diseases and dysfunctions of the foot. Ada graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Biology. She then received her Chiropody training at the Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences in Toronto, where she underwent 3 years of practical training in podiatric medicine, biomechanics, orthotic therapy, anesthesia and nail surgery. Ada is a registered member with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario.
As a primary foot care provider, Ada believes that a Chiropodist or Podiatrist can help children, adults and seniors with a variety of foot problems. In children, early detection of many foot problems such as flat feet can prevent later knee arthritis and scoliosis. The geriatric population can also benefit from Chiropody or Podiatry services for treatment of painful lesions resulting from the effects of diabetes, arthritis or other anomalies.
Dr. Adilson (Addy) Araujo, MD, CFPC, is a dedicated family physician and a founding member of Mississauga Wellness, where he has been delivering exceptional care for over 25 years. Dr. Araujo is proudly involved in the vibrant Portuguese and Brazilian communities, but his patients span all backgrounds reflecting the multiculturalism of the region.
He earned his medical degree from Western University in London, Ontario and completed a rigorous two-year Family Medicine residency at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto. Dr. Araujo also plays a key leadership role as the lead Physician of the Comprehensive Care Family Health Group – the largest network of family physicians in Mississauga.
Dr. Addy was the founder of an environmentally friendly solution for online prescription renewals during the COVID pandemic called SkriptMD. He firmly believes that science and technology will advance the world forward and supports innovative solutions which will enhance healthcare delivery.
Dr. Mona Seif, MD, CFPC; attended Medical School at Ain Shams University in Egypt. She also did some extra training in Cardiology before moving to Canada. Dr. Seif then spent 3 years in rural Manitoba completing her Family Medicine training.
Besides English, Dr. Mona Seif also speaks fluent Arabic. She has built a diverse family practice in the Mississauga area and loves treating patients of all ages and walks of life. Dr. Seif has a special interest in acute care and women’s health.
Rajdeep Jhutty, RMT, graduated from Everest College in Mississauga and is an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). She has done extra training and is certified to perform Hot Stone Massage. Besides English, Rajdeep is also fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.
Rajdeep has gained experience treating a wide variety of clients with diverse needs and conditions, ranging from relaxation to deep tissue, prenatal to geriatric and sport related injuries. She uses several techniques ranging from general Swedish Massage, Myofascial Trigger points, Fascial work, Hot Stone and many other techniques to help her clients cope with aches and pains.
Sandra Shepherd is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and brings over 30 years of clinical experience to her practice.
Throughout her career, Sandra has developed a strong reputation for providing thoughtful, results-driven care tailored to each client’s individual needs. She specializes in Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, and relaxation massage, blending therapeutic precision with a calming approach that promotes both physical recovery and overall well-being.
Her treatments often focus on improving mobility, reducing chronic pain, relieving muscular tension, and supporting injury rehabilitation. She works with clients experiencing stress, postural strain, sports-related injuries, and everyday aches and pains.
Sandra believes in a client-centered approach, taking the time to thoroughly assess concerns, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate clients on maintaining their progress between sessions. Her extensive experience, combined with her compassionate and professional manner, helps clients feel comfortable, confident, and supported throughout their care.

I graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and earned my Masters in Health Science Education from McMaster University. In addition to my clinical practice, I teach at CCNM and mentor future naturopathic doctors. I am a registered member in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), and a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND).

Rashmika Modi, RPT, is a Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She works for pain management and rehabilitation services with thorough knowledge of current physiotherapy skills. Rashmika has extensive experience treating Acute/Chronic conditions related to strains and sprains, sports injuries as well as post-surgery rehabilitation.
Rashmika is also certified with McKenzie Technique to treat common spine related problems like Sciatica or pinched nerves. She provides customized physiotherapy exercise programs based on individual functional abilities, age and interests. Rashmika will also treat with passive physiotherapy modalities during each treatment visit.
Tejash Modi, PT, is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and a member of Canadian Physiotherapy Association. He began his health care career as a physiotherapist overseas with experience in Musculoskeletal, Neurological and work related injuries. Tejash also worked with an Orthopedic Surgeon in India providing pre and post-operative rehabilitation.
Tejash has experience working with Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) and Work Injury (WSIB) clients in Canada since 2010. He promotes a speedy recovery to his clients with a wide range of specialized treatments including manual therapies, technology-based modalities (machines) and prescribed therapeutic exercise programs.
